• Performed pruning, removal, with rigging techniques, tree felling and creation of tree habitats, cabling, guying, palm care, pest management, fertilization, tree injection, root collar excavation, root invigoration and improved soil conditions, consulting, diagnostics, inventories, tree protection, transplanting, tree planting, training and education for commercials and residential customers base do their specific needs contributing to long-term tree healthy, safety and beauty.

August 2022 - March 2024.

• Participated in maintenance, preservation and restoration of mature and ancient trees of Portales Palace, Villa Albina Museum and Pairumani Farm.

November 2018 - February 2024.

• Developed tree care projects, master plan, management plans, operative annual plans for projects from a single tree to arboretum and forest of eighteen hundred trees, with goal of improving tree health, risk management, improving landscape aesthetics by preserving the tree heritage of Cochabamba.

• Established strong working relationships with 850 clients.
• Established comprehensive employee training programs to develop skills, improve safety and productivity.
• For 8 years led company, last 2 years it increased its assets and sales by 250% per year in arboriculture services for residential and commercial clients.

• Guide and support teaching-learning process of university students.
• Participated in the development of educational content for the urban forestry diploma.

• Worked as ground operator in Podarte, managing pruning waste, tree felling, and assisting tree climbers in Cochabamba and La Paz.
• Carried out study of native agro biodiversity in 19 communities of North Potosí through participatory research and multidisciplinary work.
• Carried out inventories of tropical forest to prepare sustainable management plans and use of wood in Santa Cruz.

For two semesters, taught university students about chainsaw management and maintenance, tree felling techniques and forestry exploitation.
